Attendees at the February meeting must be double vaccinated. This is a requirement of the Uniting Church from whom we hire the facility and is in line with current Health Directives.

There is no requirement to check in but this does assist us with recording attendance. You may be asked to provide evidence of vaccination.

For this meeting there will be only one access to the building.

This is via the entry at the rear northern side of the hall. If you are standing in Merthyr Road, it is along the pathway at the right hand side of the hall. There will be signs in place.

Security will be provided to check entry requirements.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, you should not attend the meeting.

There is still a requirement to maintain physical distancing where possible and masks must be worn when at the venue.

April Show 2/3 April, Belmont Shooting Complex.
As you know, we are in the process of organising our yearly Autumn Show for Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd April 2022.  Could you all please post on your Facebook and pass on the information to your network widely.  It would be good to start right now and regular reminders to be sent out until closer to the show.

Our primary objectives are to promote the BSQ, expand the memberships and share our knowledge of bromeliads through meetings, conferences and plants sales.  You can help the society by getting more people to attend the show and encourage them to become a member. See flier below.

Thank you for your help and look forward to seeing you all at the show.  Please contact Lien Reilly on 0422 125 302 for any queries.
