BuildOps and Ergeon raise series A and B respectively.

BuildOps, the MetaProp portfolio all-in-one management software built specifically for the modern commercial contractor, closed $43 million in Series A funding last week.

BuildOps is a purpose-built technology platform that integrates scheduling, dispatching, inventory management, contracts, workflow, and accounting into a single software suite for commercial contractors with staff ranging from a dozen to thousands of employees.

This week, portfolio company Ergeon also announced it just closed its Series B financing of $40M led by Prysm Capital, with participation from MetaProp, GGV Capital, DST Global, and Basis Set.

Ergeon enables anyone to order construction projects like fences, driveways, and more in the same way they order other products and services online. The company’s current sweet spot is projects that are too small to warrant a general contractor but that could really benefit from one.

Congratulations to both companies for their recent funding rounds!
