Esusu becomes unicorn with SoftBank Vision Fund 2-led $130M funding
Esusu, a fintech that targets immigrant and minority groups and provides rent reporting and data solutions for credit building, said Thursday it has raised $130 million in a Series B fundraising round. Lendis has just announced an €80 million Series A funding round for its SaaS solution that helps companies to set up and manage their employees’ equipment and software in the hybrid working world. Circularity Capital and Keen Venture Partners led the round, supported by coparion, HGDF, and KPN Ventures. Workspace Management Platform OfficeSpace Raises $150M
Workspace management platform OfficeSpace Software has received a $150M strategic investment from the investment firm Vista Equity Partners. The investment will let OfficeSpace “continue building upon its industry-leading platform, empowering organizations to continually enhance and evolve their workplace strategy, including how they’re allocating their real estate investments and enabling employee productivity through insightful dashboards and reporting.” Read More.

Casana nets $30M to make smart toilet seats
With $30 million in fresh funds, health monitoring startup Casana is readying to debut a toilet seat that takes your vitals. Casana’s device, called the Heart Seat, uses three sensors (two of which are similar to those in Apple Watches) to get a peek at heart health and spot early problem signs, or to monitor someone with an existing heart condition. Read More.

Culdesac announces $30M Series A
Culdesac has raised a $30M Series A led by Khosla Ventures, with Founders Fund, LENx (Lennar's venture investing arm), Byers Capital, Zigg Capital, and Initialized Capital investing as well. This capital will help them scale their team, raise their first $2B of real estate capital, and help the company get one step closer to its mission of building the first car-free city in the US. Read More.
WeWork Announces Acquisition of Common Desk
WeWork Inc. and Common Desk today announced that the companies have signed a definitive agreement under which WeWork will acquire Common Desk, a premier flexible workspace provider based in Dallas, Texas. The transaction is WeWork’s latest step in executing on a path towards cost-efficient, strategic growth. Read More.
