LGBT + Chaplaincy

The LGBT+ Chaplaincy is a joint venture between Dumfries Northwest Church and D&G LGBT Plus. It's a pioneering project offering pastoral and spiritual support to LGBT Plus people of faith and of no faith. It offers a context in which to explore issues of spirituality and sexuality, and a safe space in which LGBT Plus people can seek to resolve any perceived areas of conflict between their spirituality and sexuality. It's about exploring some of life's big questions as well as supporting individuals through some of the many crises that life throws at us.

The Chaplaincy is open to anyone, irrespective of faith or religion.

Dumfries Northwest Church of Scotland is located on Lochside Road, a couple of hundred yards beyond the large MacDonald's at the corner of Glasgow Road (A76) and Lochside Road. There is a bus stop immediately outside.
