Hello!

It's been a busy and beautiful week at the farm! The highlight of this week was for sure our massive garlic harvest. We spent all of Wednesday and Thursday pulling out and bunching thousands of garlic heads. Many of them are absolutely enormous, some, the size of apples! As well, our zucchinis, potatoes and tomatoes are all sizing up and will be ready very soon.

Fundraising
This month we are focusing on fundraising for EGP programming! We are excited to announce that Whole Foods has selected us to be part of their 5% Day Community Giving Program. We will have a table set-up and hope to see you there!

You can also DONATE to our project directly!

Summer camps

This summer Loutet Farm will have half-day and full-day summer sessions available for children and youth. Our programming will explore the biodiversity of plants and insects on the farm. We have programs for those interested in crafting with flowers, and plants found on the farm, and programs for those interested in studying the insects responsible for keeping our plants healthy (and those responsible for eating our plants!). Email schools@ediblegardenproject.com to register.

Volunteer with us, come to a potluck, learn at a workshop, or bring your group on a tour. There are lots of ways to get involved!

THIS SATURDAY IS OUR JULY COMMUNITY MARKET!
