This is a highly profitable store in a Colorado border town. Revenues have been growing at an astounding rate for three years. The store is small and easily expanded into an adjacent space. This is probably a first-order task, as lines to buy are frequently (and literally) out the door. This company is store-only, so the opportunity to spread margins by adding your own products is huge.


Financial Summary



The company has a bank accepting deposits. No debt and minimal capital expenditure needs exist. The building is available to purchase. This company is offered at an exceptionally low multiple of EBITDA, and the owner is ready to sign.


Management Team

A management team exists and will assist in transistion.
 

Customers

There is no significant customer concentration. Buyers include locals and tourists passing through town.
 


Opportunity Two:

This medical cannabis cultivation, processing and dispensary operation has been in business since 2009, with steady, proven revenues.

The company has a cultivation center, one beautiful medical-only dispensary, and one processing center (MIP) in Colorado Springs, plus a med/rec dispensary in a small border town. The C Springs op has been steadily profitable for years, and the med/rec in the border town has been growing rapidly since it opened 5 months ago.

Family members are currently in place as employees, and payroll reduction may be a possibility - an opportunity to streamline. Facilities have leases that can be assumed. Owners work part time and assume general management roles. 
 

Financial Summary - All Stores Combined


The company has a bank accepting deposits. No debt and minimal capital expenditure needs exist. Since all sales are medical, sales tax is low (already expensed in net income above). Owner is ready to move on to new ventures, is motivated.

A management team exists and will assist in transistion.
 

Customers

There is no significant customer concentration. Medical retail sales, selling direct to the consumer, accounts for about 95% of the company’s sales and wholesale medical sales account for about 5% of total sales in 2017.
 

Buyer Requirements

Cash buyer, one new owner (min. 1%) must be resident of the State of Colorado. Buyer must execute a confidentiality agreement prior to receiving any additional information.
