Halloween Happenings

Don't miss these spook-tacular Halloween happenings in Denton!

The YMCA's Trunk or Treat and Movie Night takes place October 11th at 6pm at 3rd & Market.

Chesapeake Ghosts will lead a Ghost Walk in Denton October 16th at 7pm.  

Trick or Treating in Denton is on October 31st from 6pm-7:30pm. 

Third Thursday

Thursday, October 15th, 6pm - 8pm
Head to downtown Denton on the Third Thursday of every month from 6-8pm as downtown businesses extend their hours! Come out for a fun-filled evening featuring music, business specials, a Cornhole Tournament and more!

2020 Supper at Sunset

Downtown Denton Main Street would like to thank the sponsors, volunteers, partners and guests that helped make the 2020 Supper at Sunset a great success! Harry's invites you to enter their Scarecrow Competition! Celebrate Fall and create a scarecrow that will be displayed at Harry's! Scarecrows will be judged the last week in October! The winner will receive dinner for four! 

They will also have a 3rd Thursday Dinner special - 3 courses with wine pairings for $25. Follow them on Facebook for the latest.

The What's New Shop is excited to host a book signing by Robyn S. Brown, author of SAM: A Ghost Story. The book signing will take place October 31st from 10am - 1pm at 224 Market Street. Robyn is a Deacon in the United Methodist Church and currently serves as a pastor at two churches in Kent County, and is also a Hospice Chaplain. Learn more about the book signing here.
