147 members and guests registered for the November 4th Annual Meeting and Voting Event. The virtual event was a great way for members to meet each other, learn about the grant finalists, and exercise their right to vote on the organization they believed was most deserving of the grants.
The event was also the official kick-off of the 2022 membership season. Our goal is to reach at least 300 members, giving away three $100,000 grants! At the event, we gained several new members and had a number of members commit to rejoin in 2022. Thanks to all who committed to helping us reach our ambitious goals.
Two organizations were selected by Impact100 Nashville members at the November 4th Voting Event to each receive a $102,000 grant.
Congratulations to Mending Hearts, Inc, and Tennessee Kids Belong.
Each of these organizations went through two rounds of scrutiny from our group of Grants Committee Reviewers followed by virtual visits and then the November 4th public presentation and Q & A period with members. Congratulations to these two outstanding organizations!

In each newsletter, we like to spotlight one of our generous corporate sponsors who have made it possible for us to purchase grant software, provide promotional items to members and guests, fund events, and pay for website expenses. We appreciate their support. In prior newsletters, the following sponsors were highlighted: Hippo Technologies Inc., Studio Bank, Vaco, Holliday/Kenning. Enjoy learning more about another of our loyal sponsors, Delta Blvd
Delta Blvd is a leadership consulting and executive coaching company founded by Janet Walls in 2007. Delta Blvd believes that People matter and Growth is essential. We equip strong leaders who care about people while focusing on the growth of the business and the leadership team.
We’re unique because we’ve ‘sat in the seat’. We’ve held C-suite and executive positions, guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, and held roles in public, private and startup companies. This perspective provides both an empathic approach and the business acumen needed to propel our client’s growth. Delta Blvd provides consulting services in the areas of change management, strategic planning, and business plan formation. We provide coaching to both leadership teams or individual executives and create custom, competency-focused internal leadership development programs for organizations.
Delta Blvd became a sponsor of Impact100 Nashville because we believe in the power of collective giving and have a strong desire to invest in our community. Impact100 Nashville board member Janet Walls is President & Founder of Delta Blvd. The company name Delta (change) Blvd (path) represents ‘the path to change’. Ask Janet to share the story of how she ‘discovered’ the company name.
