<<First Name>>, I want to wish you a happy and healthy holiday.

Thank you for being on my email list and I appreciate the opportunity to getting to know you better and want to be of service to you whenever you need me.

I don't know about you, but sometimes I struggle finding the perfect gifts for those on my shopping list. It's not just the shopping that can be stressful, but it's also finding the time to pack in all the activities that fill your calendar throughout this month.

Try these tips to alleviate some stress this holiday season.
  • Enjoy the moment and don't strive for perfection. Often times we focus our energy on making sure the table is set just right, or the tree is decorated perfectly when we should be focused on enjoying and appreciating the time we have with our loved ones.
  • Unplug. Constant cell phone alerts distracts you from being in the moment. Those little distractions are exhausting and contributes to elevated stress levels.
  • Fit in Excercise. You may feel you don't have time to exercise, but making it a priority and taking just a little time to move your body and clear your mind does wonders for your stress level.
Of course, I'm sure you're thinking that you should get a massage to help with the holiday stress. Well, yes, massage is perfect for stress relief. But lately, I've been getting many calls asking for gift certificates. Nothing says "I care" quite like the gift of therapeutic massage. Think about it, your loved ones may be in pain or have stress. Although they would welcome a massage and enjoy relaxation and relief, they tend to think of themselves last.

You know what? You don't have to be stressed about finding that hard-to-buy-for-person in your life the perfect gift. Especially if they are having a tough time finding relief from their aches and pains, are tense, or stressed. Since I've been receiving so many calls lately, I wanted to share and let you know that I have many opportunities to help you find that perfect "stress-free" gift. Whether you are a last minute shopper or not, below are some quick links that will help you out. Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions or need any help.

Again, happy holidays and I wish you a joyous and prosperous 2017! As always, I'm ready to help you toward your journey for health and happiness.
