Eliminate Pain By Retraining Your Muscles!

Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT) is different from a regular massage.  It is a highly concentrated type of therapy focusing directly on the soft tissue or  surrounding an area of strain, overuse, or trauma. It is not a full body massage.

The purpose is to resolve dysfunction and "retrain" your muscles to their original positions.PNMT addresses pain levels as low as simple aches to relieving extreme discomfort.

PNMT is being prescribed by many doctors as a way to compliment medical treatments and possibly completely heal certain injuries. This treatment has also shown positive results associated with trauma, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and several other diseases.

For years, PNMT has been used by professional sports teams that need quick (15 minute) relief from an injury on the court or field.  Now, it is being prescribed as a supplement for patients with ailments such as:

  • Sciatica Pain
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Frozen Shoulder
  • Scoliosis
  • Whiplash
  • Chronic Pain
  • TMJ Dysfunction
  • Much more!
Causes for symptoms are different for everyone. PNMT isn't a "one size fits all" solution. The process of retraining your muscles to eliminate pain is different for everyone. Careful assessment is used to create the best treatment plan and gain the most effective results.

You are an individual and your needs are unique. If you have been struggling with any kind of pain and you desire relief, call me and we'll work out a treatment plan together.
