Hello <<First Name>>,

As summer fades and fall approaches, I hope this letter finds you in good health!

I know summer can be more physical than other months for most of us . You may be all "knotted up" from tossing the football around, or from all the time you spent at the lake, or even tending to your garden and lawn work. If you have muscular pain or discomfort, let me remind you that I am here to work out those problems! There's no sense in suffering when a massage can treat the dysfunction and leave your muscles relaxed.

As always, I'm ready to help you toward your journey for health and happiness.

 Breakthrough Fibromyalgia Treatments:

The Benefits of Myofascial Release

Studies have found that myofascial release treatments for fibromyalgia patients significantly improves a person's pain levels, anxiety, quality of sleep, and quality of life.

This treatment reduces the sensitivity to pain at critical points. Researchers have learned an entrapment pattern will result when an area of the body no longer receives stimuli, leading to deficiencies in circulation and problems with the connective tissue. This causes the tissue to thicken and in turn, leads to painfully limited movement.

This is why myofascial release has been such a breakthrough in treating fibromyalgia.

Five Main Benefits of Myofascial Release:

  1. Increases blood flow
  2. Improves muscular range of motion
  3. Reduce muscle soreness
  4. Helps maintain normal muscular function and length
  5. Encourages movement of your lymph (which fights infection in the body)

I certainly hope you don't suffer from the effects of fibromyalgia. If you do, know that you can get some relief from your pain. The condition is becoming much more widespread, so if someone you love suffers from fibromyalgia, I'd love for you to forward this email. Better yet, have them contact me with their questions and concerns.
