Thanks to everyone who participated in the Food Drive, Walsh was able to collect a record-breaking $3,600 and provide a Thanksgiving dinner to 60+ families!  And a special thank you to everyone who attended the Walsh/Oxfam Hunger Banquet on November 17th, which was a very powerful presentation.
Walsh Theatre Arts will be collecting toys at each performance of Hello, Dolly on December 9th and 10th to donate to Timothy's Toy Box. Please consider bringing a new dolly or toy (unwrapped) to one of the performances. We will also be auctioning off an American Girl Doll with all profits to benefit Daniel's
Uno Pizzeria and Grill: all day December 10th and 11th, great choice for a meal after Hello, Dolly performances on Saturday!

Walsh Bookapalooza at Barnes & Noble Framingham, Wednesday, December 7th at 7:00 pm and John Harvards (same plaza) fundraiser:

Walsh receives up to 20% of eligible purchases with flyer below (please print). Hear Walsh students read some of their favorite books, meet a local author, and enjoy story time/craft time for younger siblings!  A great way to get some holiday shopping done and help Walsh at the same time.If you can’t make it to the bookfair, you still have an opportunity to support us by shopping online Starting December 7th, you can shop online and a % of your purchase will count toward our bookfair.

Please remember to bookmark the Walsh E-Zine page (link below), which is student-generated content (stories, surveys, poetry, artwork and articles) from all 3 grades.  Students meet in the Tech Ed Computer Lab on Thursdays after school.  Janet Anderson, the Tech Ed Teacher and E-Zine Advisor, has asked that we spread the word to take a look. The students really appreciate comments from parents and/or teachers at the bottom of their work - it motivates them to keep at their writing!

Questions about E-Zine? please contact Janet Anderson at
