This past August, our Incoming Curator Elizabeth Rubi traveled to the Annual Curators Meeting in Geneva, Switzerland. There, she found common ground in the concerns of Millennials at home and abroad. Elizabeth shared her experience with Inside Business

Under the leadership of Shaper Nichelle Stone, Norfolk's Northside Civic League hosted Norfolk City Council representatives to discuss pending projects and unique approaches to city issues. All in a day's work of activating change in Hampton Roads! Check it out.

Fresh off of their White House comedy night, Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP) is partnering with Global Shapers Norfolk and Town Point Club for "Cocktails with a Cause," a night of drinks, networking, and laughs. Learn more about how ASAP is transforming the lives of veterans and their families through standup comedy, fine arts, and music, and RSVP to join us next week.

Making the Community Connection
