International Conference on Fast Reactors and Related Fuel Cycles: Sustainable Clean Energy for the Future
19–22 April 2022, Vienna, Austria

This conference will provide a forum for sharing information on new developments and experiences in the field of fast reactors and related fuel cycles.
International Conference on Nuclear Power Plant Life Management
16–19 May 2022, Osaka, Japan

This conference aims to provide a forum for information exchange on national and international practices as well as regulatory approaches related to plant life management for long-term operation, considering the sustainability, safety and efficiency of nuclear power plants.
International Conference on Nuclear Knowledge Management and Human Resources Development: Challenges and Opportunities
13–16 June 2022, Moscow, Russian Federation

The conference will discuss specific challenges related to the need for specialized skills to manage complex processes and technologies. It will provide participants with practical solutions for developing and maintaining the human resources needed to support safe, secure and sustainable nuclear power programmes.

The conference also includes a video contest for students up to age 18, centered around the role of nuclear technology in addressing climate change. Interested participants have until 31 January 2022 to submit project abstracts.
GLOBAL 2022: International Conference on Nuclear Fuel Cycle | Sustainable Energy Beyond the Pandemic
6-8 July 2022, Reims, France

GLOBAL is the largest international forum dedicated to the nuclear fuel cycle, organized annually in cooperation with the IAEA. The forum will provide a forum for high-level experts and stakeholders from all over the world to discuss new technology, developments of new markets and applications which help to improve the positioning of nuclear power as well as its public support.
International Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Power in the 21st Century
26–28 October 2022, Washington D.C., USA

The ministerial conference will provide a forum for ministers, policy makers, senior officials and experts to engage in high-level dialogue on the role of nuclear energy in the transition to clean energy, contributing to sustainable development and mitigating climate change.
COP27: United Nations Climate Change Conference
November 2022, Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt

The United Nations Climate Change Conference, known as COP27 will take place in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, with strong participation from the IAEA. For further information see the UNFCCC Call for Action. Meanwhile, read about our involvement in COP26 in Glasgow last year.
