Yoga Practice of the Week
Standing Split
(Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana)

featured in yogaoutlet.com

Standing Split is an intermediate yoga pose that stretches your legs and hips while challenging your balance. Standing Split stretches the whole back side of the body, particularly the hamstrings and calves. Teacher Spotlight
Amberlyn Kelleher

Amberlyn has been teaching yoga since 2006 and hopes to share with students the experience of being fully alive and in the present moment. She invites individual exploration of the body, breath, mind, and heart as she believes that each student is their own best teacher and that through the practice of yoga, all aspects of the self can be united. Amberlyn enjoys teaching beginners, teachers and everyone in between.
