Conference Lodging

All conference sessions and activities will take place at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel, and we encourage all conference participants to reserve a room within our official room block before the September 20th deadline.

Beware of housing pirates! The Hyatt Regency Bethesda booking site is the ONLY site that you should use to book your hotel rooms. The hotel will not contact attendees to solicit reservations.

Housing pirates are third-party companies that phone, fax or email attendees and exhibitors, claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms. They may falsely claim to be affiliated with the Fulbright Association.

Unless you have initiated the communication, please do not provide anyone with your personal information, especially your credit card number. If you provide your credit card information to one of these companies, your card may be charged and there is no guarantee you will have a room upon your conference arrival.

If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room for the Fulbright Association 45th Annual Conference, please get as much information as you can and pass it along to us at conference@fulbright.org.
