The Oliver Community League officially opposes the name of the Oliver neighborhood, and has already embarked on a process led by Indigenous communities to engage local partners and stakeholders to create an inclusive method to find a new name. For this endeavor to be a true and lasting success, we need as many voices as possible to contribute.

The first phase of Discussion Papers for the Edmonton Zoning Bylaw Renewal Initiative has been published, and the City is collecting feedback until August 7th. These papers will form the basis of the regulations that will go into the Bylaw so now is a great time to get involved!
