Getting outside and soaking up a little vitamin D is a great way to boost your mood and improve your health. We are so lucky to live in NM where we get so much sunshine so let's take advantage of it! Spending even just 15 minutes a day outside is sure to make you smile.
Our workouts this week will again challenge your body and mind.
This Tuesday, February 23rd, we will do 45 minutes of a tough stair workout at the Yale Parking Structure (Yale and Lomas) Come challenge yourself and sweat a little sweeter with me at 6:30pm.
I will ill be in Taos for a few days so there will not be yoga on Wednesday evening. We will make up that class at the end of the workshop.
Start your day off right by joining me at Remedy for a dynamic vinyassa flow class on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30am.
Remember, if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!
