Join us and participate in Active April and enjoy the benefits that come from increased physical activity. This April, step up the amount of physical activity in your life and get more active, more often. All it takes is 30 minutes of physical activity a day during April. Are you reaching the Australian Physical Activity Guidelines?

2.5 to 5 hours of moderate intensity exercise a week
Muscle strengthening activities on 2 days week
Break up prolonged periods of sitting as much as possible
