Dear Achieve Family,
We hope this email finds you all in good spirits. Our purpose in reaching out today is to update you on Achieve Miami's programming over the next few months.
It is with regret that we share that we do not anticipate we'll be able to offer Achieve Miami's traditional six-week summer program given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While much is unknown, we expect that the need for social distancing will continue and that school facilities may not be available for in-person programming. For updates on M-DCPS plans for supporting students in the coming months and into the 2020-2021 academic school year, we encourage you to read this press release.
We are currently exploring opportunities to engage students virtually and will of course keep you all up to date on whether participation, work, and/or volunteer opportunities become available through Achieve Miami.
We're missing you all and can't wait for the days when we're able to reconnect again in person. Until then, please check out a few 10 Days of Connection opportunities below (all virtual) that we'd love to see you at!
