Ukrainian experts call the EU for granting visa-free regime for Ukraine

Brussels, 3-6 July 2016, Ukrainian experts representing Europe Without Barriers, CEDOS, Reanimation Package of Reforms and European Pravda held a working visit to Brussels on advancing the EU-Ukraine dialogue on visa liberalisation. By joining the efforts, the Ukrainian Think Tanks Liaison Office in Brussels continues its work towards ensuring visa-free regime between the EU and Ukraine.

EU Visa liberalisation: testing Ukraine’s migration policy

Brussels, July 4th, the Ukrainian Think Tanks Liaison Office in Brussels in cooperation with the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies held a conference “EU Visa liberalisation: testing Ukraine’s migration policy”. The event brought together both Ukrainian and international experts to discuss further challenges and perspectives of visa liberalisation to Ukraine.

On July 8 – 10 in Berlin, the 24th Conference of the young Eastern Europe experts with topic “Local, regional, (trans-)national: New Research on Eastern Europe” took place at the European Academy Berlin. 
Recent years showed an increase of academic interest to research of Ukraine in Germany and across Europe.
