Ukraine Reforms: Roadmap for Success

On September 26th , the Office together with the Reanimation Package of Reforms, the European Endowment for Democracy and the Institute of World Policy held a panel discussion “Ukraine Reforms: Roadmap for Success”

Dr. Olena Prystayko, Executive Director of the Ukrainian Think Tanks Liaison Office in Brussels, focused on the role of civil society in defining the reform agenda in Ukraine: a path of economic, institutional and judicial reforms that seems to be an ambitious but necessary challenge.

Panel discussion brought together representatives of European government, civil platforms and advocacy experts in order to emphasize the importance of reforms in Ukraine and to discuss ways of improving the reform process.

Strengthening Role of the Think Tanks Considering International Experience

On September 15-16th the workshop Strengthening Role of the Think Tanks Considering International Experience took place.

During the event, representatives of Ukrainian think tanks received  recommendations on how to prepare analytical materials, which would be of a practical usage and interesting for the EU partners. Experts shared their advice on how to cooperate with the EU institutions, communicate and to promote their findings to the EU scientific area, including Germany.

Dr. Olena Prystayko, Executive Director of the Office shared her experience on cooperation with different stakeholders and secrets of successful advocacy on the EU level.
