Audit of the Minsk Agreements. Institute of World Policy, Vox Ukraine, Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation and Donetsk Institute of Information

The implementation of Minsk accords is a priority issue for Ukrainian foreign policy but it must include the citizens’ opinion and experts’ recommendation to prove effective. Four leading Ukrainian think tanks presented a publication “Not So Quiet on the Eastern Front: An Audit of the Minsk Agreements and Ukraine’s Reintegration Options” - an analysis of Ukrainian experts’ and citizens’ opinion about the future of Minsk agreements and possibilities of reintegration of seized territories in Eastern Ukraine.

Ukrainian SMEs Want Deregulation and Friendlier Tax Authorities. Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting

The survey of Ukrainian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) conducted by the USAID LEV Program showed that SMEs are burdened with numerous regulations and inspections that hinder their development. This publication gives an overview of main obstacles faced by entrepreneurs and executives of SMEs and offers recommendations for Ukrainian government in business policy improvement.

Ukraine Scores Diplomatic Breakthrough. Atlantic Council

Ensuring Security, Restoring Economy and Account of Ukrainian Citizens’ Opinion – Crucial Points for Peace in Ukraine

On October 18th Ukrainian Think Tanks Liaison Office in Brussels together with Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) held a conference where presented a report “Not So Quiet on the Eastern Front: An Audit of the Minsk Agreements and Ukraine’s Reintegration Options”.

Authors presented main conclusions of the research of Ukrainian experts’ and citizens’ opinion about the future of Minsk agreements and possibilities of reintegration of seized territories in Eastern Ukraine.

The publication was edited by Vlad Galushko from Open Society Initiative for Europe and is under the collective authorship of leading Ukrainian Think Tanks, members of the Office – Institute of World Politics, Vox Ukraine, Democratic Initiatives Foundation and Donetsk Institute of Information.

Ukrainian Experts Presented Opinions on Future of Minsk Agreements and Reintegration in Brussels

On October 16th – 20th 2016, the group of experts from leading Ukrainian think tanks and members of Ukrainian Think Tanks Liaison Office in Brussels visited Brussels to present the vision of experts’ network on the future of Minsk agreements and options of reintegration

Series of events and meetings were held in order to get out the message about Ukraine to Brussels officials and stakeholders. Namely, the conference«Audit of the Minsk Agreement Implementation and Reintegration of the Occupied Territories: Realities and Possibilities» was held in partnership with CEPS, as well as series of closed consultations with EU diplomats and European Parliament officials and officials of Ukrainian Service of EU External Action Service and Support Group for Ukraine in European Commission
