“A Way of Movement to free meridian flow”.
The purpose of this program is to reveal the many positive benefits of Tai Qi, Qi Gong and So Tai Ho Japanese Movement exercises. This is for individuals who want to learn simple movements that are capable of balancing the body and enhancing the vitality of the internal organs and energy meridian flows.
Space Limited to 18 participants
All are welcome-no previous experience necessary.

Price: First Session: 6 classes, $70 plus GST Second Session: 4 classes, $47 plus GST or $15 drop in
