Dear Catholic Coogs,

Christ is born! Cristo ha nacido!  Chúa giáng sinh! Isini lang na si Jesu Cristo! Christus natus est!

May the Christ-child bring you and your parents and families much joy, peace and health this Christmas and into the New Year. We have just concluded a challenging semester and so you deserve some rest. Let us commit ourselves during this sacred time to being more hopeful and joyful than ever before. Rest assured of my prayers and petitions in the Masses I celebrate. I am grateful for your prayers and support, which have truly been sources of strength for me. Thank you!

Does your prayer life need a caffeine boost? Would you like to get back into or get more out of prayer? Our 4 week Prayer Kickstarter might be for you.

We will break open Scripture in a different way helping you to grow in understanding of Jesus, yourself, and our call to engage with others.

The Kickstarter will take place over the break, and you will be invited to small group for discussion.

- We pray for an end to this pandemic and healing to those who are suffering physically, emotionally, and financially due to the pandemic. May they find peace and hope in Jesus Christ. We pray for the souls of all those who have died due to the Coronavirus and the consolation of their loved ones.

- We thank the Lord for all the blessings He has given our ministry and our students this semester. We ask the Lord to be with Staff and Student Leadership this week as we review this fall semester and prayerfully discern our plans for the spring semester. May we be in tune with the Holy Spirit and the will of the Father.
