You are welcome to complete registration forms and email them back to this email address (smafridayschool@gmail.com) if you are unable to attend onsite registration. If you wish to complete the registration forms online, please email the forms to smafridayschool@gmail.com and payment to sarnia.muslim.association@gmail.com 
 
Please complete:
1) The SMA registration form (see attached)
2) The LKDSB form for each child - one child per form (see attached)
3) You can e-transfer your school fee payment to sarnia.muslim.association@gmail.com. Please indicate payment for Sunday school, parent's and child(ren)'s name(s) on it. Masjid members pay a fee of $100 per child per year and non-members pay a fee of $150 per child per year.
 
Classes will tentatively start on October 2 (Sunday). Islamic study and Arabic classes will be held one after the other on the same day on Sunday. There will be more information to follow after registration is complete.

If you could not be able to finish registration either way around, please feel free to show up with your kids on Oct 2, Sunday at around Zuhur prayer and complete registration on-site.
