August Updates....

The building project is moving along. Please pray for wisdom and for God to send the needed resources and labor to get everything done. We are trying to get the CMTS Board together to vote on some issues like what contractor to use for the foundation and some of our specific needs, e.g. concrete, excavating, contactors for specialized parts of the project, and money to buy the supplies.

We already have about half of this year's Belize trip caravan here and being worked on -- a step van, 4 tractor trailers, a cement truck, and a dump truck. In addition, a school bus will be sent down early by ship. Please pray for wisdom, resources, and drivers for the trip.

Would you consider signing up as a prayer partner? We know that there is an army of people praying for CMTS, but we don’t know who they all are, except for the few who have encouraged staff  personally by saying so. So as a mission we are asking everyone who prays for CMTS to let us know. If you are not currently praying for CMTS , we ask for your consideration in praying. We would like to complete a list of supporters who are regularly praying to display in a spot at the ministry.  This is a way of encouragement to all staff, volunteers, donators, program recipients, and passers through of what God is doing here.  It's also a reminder to you. You can send CMTS your commitment through e-mail: cmtsmin@aol.com, phone: (610) 488-6975, or mail: 1119 N Boundary Rd., Bernville, PA, 19506. If you would like to make a commitment to pray but want to be kept anonymous, you can just send us your initials and where you are from.
School has started for all children at the ministry. Please pray for all of them and thier families as the usually stressful beginning of the year unfolds. Ages range from grade school to college. Familys names are the McDermotts, Adam's, Droyni's, and Nemec's.

Every month we would like to start doing a ministry highlight. The Highlight could include items like : Staff members, Missionaries that use CMTS programs, Programs themselves and how they operate, CMTS Fun Facts, and CMTS History. This month as our first Ministry HIghlight Spot we would like to highlight the CMTS Belize property.
CMTS Belize large shop being built last January.

CMTS Ministry Highlight:
CMTS Belize

The CMTS property is located near the Village of Buena Vista. It is an 40 acre property that was donated to CMTS in 2005. Currently the property has a large shop to work on trucks, equipment, a large house for various ideas ( ideas explained later), a camp containing two campers, and an insulated bunk trailer for work teams, and various shipping containers to store supplies.
As part of this article we want to share the vision that God is giving us to develop the property. Currently the large shop has all kinds of equipment like an auger truck, crane truck, dump truck, backhoe, and bulldozer tat other ministries and churches borrow to further their visions. The large house is going to be a "time share" for domestic pastors to use for vacations free of charge. The house could also be used for housing work groups in the off peak season. The camp is the current spot that work groups use to serve on missions trips. The various shipping containers contain supplies for ministry opportunities still being developed. This includes vocational training in the areas of machine shop, butchering, welding, auto mechanics, and wood shop.
Like in most developing countries, Belize has a larger than normal problem with theft among other crimes. To prevent our property in Belize from being robbed or vandalized, hiring a trustworthy native caretaker is a necessity. We have hired Pablo Savaria Sr. God in his providence supplied us with not only those attributes of trustworthy and honest but he is also a strong believer. His sons, daughter and thier families all help him with the care take of the property throughout the year.
This is just a very brief overview of whats going on in Belize and doesn't even include other planned buildings and ministry opportunities in the future. If you would like more detailed information about the Belize trip on January 15th 2016, or about the property and resources, contact Andy at the CMTS office , (610) 488-6975.
