With increased Covid case numbers and the tightening of existing restrictions over this week, an extension of Sydney's lockdown into September is now imminent. We're more mindful than ever of the importance of keeping all of you moving for both physical and mental health.
As pandemic fatigue sets in for most of us in one way or another, we want to take the opportunity to encourage you all to keep doing what you're doing! Maintaining a routine and exercising regularly are really important factors in sustaining a positive outlook.
