"Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book. But these are written so that you may come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah,  the Son of God, and that through believing you may have life in his name."

John 20:30-31

Signs are often a good thing. They help us find our way when we are lost and they warn us of unexpected dangers. The Gospel of John records a number of miracles Jesus performed that the Gospel writer called "signs." By performing these signs, Jesus revealed that he was the Messiah, the Son of God.

This week we will begin a new sermon series called "I Saw the Signs." We will look at the signs of Jesus as recorded in the Gospel of John and consider what they may be saying to us about Jesus and about our Christian journey.

Blessings,

Pastor Mark
