March 2016

A Note from Jessie

Happy March to you! The winter season is nearing an end. Such a great time of the year.

Even living in a temperate climate where it is about the same year round, spring still has a time of magic.

Springtime in Hawaii is even less crowded than fall, and should you visit at this time you get the added bonus of watching the island's vegetation spring to life in colorful bursts of lively bloom.

Such as, the main harvest for artichokes is in the spring. Cherries are ready to harvest at the end of spring, garlic is happy and lemons are at their juiciest.  Parsley flourishes and radishes are crunchiest.

Each season brings with it changes, challenges and good vibes. All of these are important to our overall health and personal learning.

No matter your location, you can experience  and see spring bursting all around you. As well as recognize that you add color to the world of those around you. Time to prepare for your inner spring. Make a list and do your mental, emotion and physical planning, preparing for the upcoming summer and adding color to your world!
