A Note from Jessie
A huge Aloha to you! This is my first newsletter from the Big Island of Hawaii. The family has moved and we are starting to settle in.
It is a blessing to celebrate the month of love and lovers in my most favorite place! However, you don't have to move to a tropical place or go very far to celebrate what you love. Actually, all it really takes is a quiet moment, a few deep breathes and a focused mind to feel and think about what you truly love.
When you take the time to do this you discover that what you truly love is within yourself. We appreciate and are grateful for the things we have in our lives and where we live, but when it is all said and done, we find we are most thankful for who we are and what we have physically, mentally and emotionally. When we have this gratitude and we can love ourselves just the way we are the other outside things are great perks in life, but they also come and go. And, we should let them come and go. That's how we learn and grow.
When we love what is on the inside, we can love and appreciate all that is on the outside. When we love ourselves, then we are able to give love away to others more freely and without expectations.
February is a fun months for lovers (and if you're single you might enjoy the quirky movie on Netflix, I Hate Valentine's Day) and it is also a great month to renew your love for yourself. Be kind to you! Single or not, get yourself a little chocolate and wine for good measure.
Be sure and check out all the links below to make your February a little more joyful and full of love.
Lots of love from me to you!
Happy Valentine's Day!
