REGISTRATION FEES:
Members: $300
Non-Members:  $400 (Or, become a VACP / VACLEA Member first!)

Fees cover breakfast, breaks, and lunch on Wednesday & Thursday; and breakfast and break on Friday.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION:
Attendee registrations cancelled on or after January 25th are non-refundable. Unfortunately, this also applies to any unforeseen emergency. The VACP must provide a headcount to the hotel for attendees and it cannot be reduced after this date; therefore, the VACP still incurs charges regardless of the attendee's attendance.

CONFERENCE ROOM RATE:
$98/night + taxes, Single/Double

The cut-off date for reservations at the conference rate is Tuesday, January 10th. After this date, conference rate rooms cannot be guaranteed. Rooms may sell out prior to this date, so please do not delay in making reservations. It is easier to cancel a hotel room later if you cannot attend than it is to request additional conference rate rooms from the hotel close to the conference date.
