Due to a nationwide shortage of colored paper, the Department of Forensic Science (DFS) has made a change to the paper used for the copies of the Breath Alcohol Certificates of Analysis. The appearance of the Court's Certificate remains the same.
- Currently the copy for the Accused is printed on green paper, however, the new paper will be white with a green colored band at the bottom.
- Currently the Agency copy is printed on yellow paper, however, the new paper will be white with a yellow band at the bottom. Both are depicted below.
No changes are being made to the content of the Certificates of Analysis.
The new Certificates with colored bands will be provided as needed to agencies shortly. Agencies may use either the old stock or the new, whichever they have available.
