Last week we showed how PTA funds are spent. Wonder where it comes from? While we host a number of events and activities throughout the year, many are intended to bring our amazing PTES community together. Over 60% of the annual budget comes from just 2 events: Walk a Thon and the Spring Fundraiser.

CALL FOR COMMITTEE MEMBERS!
Please join a team of great parents to put together this year’s annual Spring Fundraiser!
As a parent, my favorite days are those when my kids come home bubbling over with excitement about what happened during their school day... and more often than not, those days are times when they participated in a PTA-funded activity, such as a field trip, school assembly or watching the annual play. This is what motivated me to get involved in the school’s fundraising activities.
Hi, I’m Natalie Brunamonte, chair of Proctor’s annual spring fundraiser. I was on the committee for last year’s awesome event, and I am so excited to be this year’s chair. Please consider joining our committee for this year’s event! The time commitment to participate can be very flexible; since I was involved last year, I know what is needed and can work with whatever time you have available to help make this year’s event another success–any and all help is appreciated and you’ll be working with a great team. If you are interested in joining us, or even just learning more, please shoot an e-mail to: email@example.com with a subject line of “Spring Fundraiser”.
