Happy Hanukkah!  The Jewish holiday of Hanukkah starts Thursday at dusk – and that means eight nights celebrating the miracle of the Maccabees, lighting the menorah, and making memories with family.

Make Latkes! Featuring Gabi Moskowitz and Kristin Eriko Posner

Thursday, December 10, 2020 | 4:30–5:30pm

ADMISSION: This online program is free; advanced registration required

https://www.thecjm.org/programs/803

Why do we fry up latkes for Hanukkah? Because they are grate! Join lifestyle and food bloggers Gabi Moskowitz (BrokeAss Gourmet, Santa Rosa native) and Kristin Eriko Posner (Nourish Co.) on the first night of Hanukkah for a latke-making extravaganza. Learn new twists on an old potato pancake during this chat and instructional. Gabi will branch out of the potato and onion version, while Kristin will share her Japanese fusion latkes. Grab your potatoes, onions, and tools and get ready to grate along with us!

THANK YOU URBAN GARDEN!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION!

Thank you to all who have supported Proctor Terrace PTA financially during this uncertain year.  Your participation in Dine & Donates, Book Fair, Spirit Wear  and FamilyGiving campaigns are very appreciated.

We owe a special THANK YOU to Urban Garden this week for expanding their Shop & Donate commitment and donating 10% of their entire Saturday sales - donating over $1000 to Proctor Terrace PTA!

This year, more than ever, it is important we come together as a community and support one another.  Please consider Shopping Local and supporting a Proctor Terrace partner at myurbangarden.com

FAMILYGIVING

TOGETHER WE RAISE A BETTER FUTURE

Please consider giving a donation to Proctor Terrace PTA by December 31.

We are asking families to participate in our FAMILYGIVING Fundraiser to help offset the lost funds from being unable to have our normal fundraising events.

Please support our teachers and students by giving to our PTA!

2020 Donations:  If you are a donation to the Proctor Terrace PTA, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act can help.

The CARES Act created a $300 “above-the-line” adjustment for all taxpayers that take the standard deduction on their 2020 tax return. Consider leveraging the CARES Act to reduce your taxable income while supporting Proctor Terrace PTA during this challenging year.

Learn how CARES Act deductions can work for you.

ONLINE DONATIONS can be submitted through the PTA web site: https://www.proctorterracepta.org/donatepurchase/online-donations

Checks payable to Proctor Terrace PTA can be mailed to the school address
