THE RESURGENCE OF SECONDARY MARKET

Much like plate tectonics across the globe, constantly shifting economic factors are changing commercial real estate across property sectors and markets. These factors are bringing secondary markets and Zoom Towns back to the forefront. Join CCIM Institute Chief Economist K.C. Conway, CCIM, MAI, CRE, for a dynamic discussion of the current trends, what’s driving them, and how you can best set yourself up to tap into the CRE opportunities in your local region.

This complimentary webinar will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 11 a.m.–12 p.m. CDT.
