We are seeing abundant God-produced FRUIT during this season.

How do we know
"What is God-produced fruit?"

God-produced fruit is when a life is transformed by God so that He alone is the only explanation for it.
Yes, God desires us to partner with Him by being intentional and working.

I Corinthians 3:9 "For we are God's co-workers. You are God's farmland and God's building."

But the key is NOT what WE DO, but what God TELLS us to say and do. (John 17:8 & JOHN 12:49). It's ALL about being obedient to our Father and then marveling at what HE DOES.

Continued FRUIT from last May's Leadership Conference

We are hearing from leaders across the country and around the world who attended the conference that are continuing to meet in Virtual Learning Communities (VLCs) on a regular basis. Below is a VLC from Central America.
Pastor Alonso says,
"We are Zooming every month.  Great times!!!"
Pastors who had once been journeying alone had the opportunity to taste what it looked like to be vulnerable with 3 to 5 others during the Virtual Leadership Conference, and now have taken steps to reach out monthly and journey with others in their own community.
Several pastors have asked MCMD to continue journeying with them in an ongoing
Coaching Format to help them live healthier lives and develop a more healthy ministry. Please continue to pray these relationship bear abundant God-produced fruit

Disciple-Making FRUIT in Texas
Scott has continued to invested in
Pastor Donnie Chase (although, SCOTT would say that it's mutual) in his pastoral role over the last 10 years, and Scott is now walking along side him and his wife Anna, as they launch a disciplemaking ministry called "LikeWise" ( This ministry is similar to MCMD and we are overjoyed to partner with them anyway possible.
"After meeting regulary with Scott, I am convinced that every leader, no matter how seasoned, needs a coach!" Donnie Chase

Christians of Greater Lansing Network
Living in Lansing, Michigan's state capital, COVID, BLM, and the current election season has created some intense conversations in many of the churches in our region. Often, any decision leaders make creates fractions within their local church.
The last few months we have spent a lot of time helping pastors and leaders examine the Scriptures to gain wisdom for navigating through this highly volatile time. Please continue to pray for us as we shepherd these leaders and pastors.

Scott, along with ministry partner Brian Lorenz, continue to work with CHRISTIANS OF GREATER LANSING ORGANIZATION's (COGL) board chairman, Adam Williams, and the director of operations, Stephanie Butler. Both Scott and Brian provide individual coaching for both COGL team members to create health for the entire organization and the 300+ pastors that COGL ministers with.

True Brotherhood Fruit
Scott's continued love for men's spiritual health fuels him to meet with many groups regularly  -  sharing their hurts, habits and and hang ups, pray intensely over each other, embracing their God-given identity in Christ..., and then watching the Spirit of God transform them, resulting in seeing their hearts set free and living life to its fullest.
Campfires seem to be a re-occuring theme during this COVID season. Often Scott sits in his back yard, alone, taking in the warmth, meditating, reflecting and praying.
One of Scott's top priorities is to shepherd and help MCMD staff and team members multiply Christ's character and priorities...
