A Special Thank You 
We would like to thank President Sr. Mary Reap, College of Our Lady of the Elms, and President Jack P. Calareso, St. Joseph's College, for all of their dedication and service to the Sisters of St. Joseph. Both presidents will be leaving their positions in June.
Le Puy, France Student Pilgrimage Program
In June 2018, ACSSJ will offer an opportunity for two students from each of the nine member institution to go to Le Puy, France. Sisters Kitty Hanley and Joan Lescinski will be our guides.  The trip will take place from June 19th to 26th, 2018.  Thank you to the Le Puy coordinating group for your help in organizing the trip.

Meet Our New Social Media Intern
Alma Silver is a sophomore at St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota.  She is completing a major in Communications and Journalism as well as a minor in Psychology.  She is actively involved in her school's Honors Society and Student Senate.  Alma is excited to increase the organization's visibility through social media.  Alma is pictured on the right with Executive Director, Martha Malinski. Last week, they were able to meet in person at St. Catherine University.
 
End of the Year Survey
ACSSJ would like to invite participants in our "communities of practice zoom meetings" to provide feedback in an end of the year survey.  Click here to access the survey. The survey will take 3-5 minutes to complete.

The  2017 ACCU Mission Leadership Institute will be held July 30 - August 2, 2017, at Lewis University in Romeoville, IL.  For more information please visit the Mission Leadership Institute website.  Mission Officers and other senior administrators are encouraged to attend.
Call for Papers
The Joan and Ralph Lane Center for Catholic Studies and Social Justice at the University of San Francisco is inviting submissions for a volume (or series, depending on numbers) on Catholic identity in context.  The essay should be approximately 3500 words in response to this prompt:
How do you promote dialogue, formation, and critical engagement around Catholic identity in your context? Name the challenges, tensions, opportunities, and questions you encounter in your work.
Submissions are due August 15, 2017
