Association of Colleges of Sisters of St. Joseph

New Strategic Plan
I am pleased to present to you our new 2015-2018 Strategic Plan. Over the last six months, the Board of Directors has been developing a new three year plan for our work.

We have identified three goals for the Association:
1) Foster Connectedness of Member Institutions,
2) Advance External Collaborations and Messaging
3) Communicate Value of CSJ/SSJ Education

After my fall campus visits, it was clear to me that we do not know each other as member campuses or as colleagues. In the first year of the plan, our efforts will be internally focused. To achieve our goals, our strategic priorities will be to convene key stakeholders across the campuses to get to know each other and to explore opportunities for collaboration. Given our charism, it seems fitting that we focus on relationships.

At the end of our three-year strategic plan, I am confident that the Association of Colleges of Sisters of St. Joseph will have the relationships, infrastructure, resources and technology to position itself to be a leader in the field of higher education. Moreover, I hope ACSSJ will significantly impact our students, staff, faculty and institutions in ways that embody and promote the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph.

This strategic plan takes a village. I look forward to working with you and welcome your feedback.
