You know how wise people like to say your life can change in an instant? Well, mine did. I've always felt I held a fine appreciation for life; but, I don't think I truly grasped how complex the human body is. Now after having witnessed the almighty power of one's heart; I am on a diligent quest to better understand heart disease and how we can supplement our western medicine and procedures with age old holistic methods to create a comprehensive wellness plan for my husband. I am currently reading The Wheel of Healing with Ayurveda by Michelle S. Fondin. This particular methodology encourages one to look inward and really tune in to what's going on. In addition she emphasizes the importance of pursuing your passion and purposefully seeking out joy in life---both of which are right in line with my objectives here at Sewspire! I have said it before and will say it again: I truly am so grateful to be alive in an age where I can reach thousands of people without even leaving the studio and want you to know I am more committed than ever to sharing, teaching and inspiring this beautiful community of ours.
XO,
Andrea

P.S. Interestingly enough Michelle lives just a few towns over from me and she teaches classes! I don't know if I can make it happen...but, wouldn't it be cool if she was a guest on the vlog and got to talk to us about pursuing our passion in life?!
