9th January: Learn Mindfulness in a day!

Hi Folks! 

Neil Morbey here! It's my first workshop of the new year with Positively Mindful and it's going back to foundations! On Saturday 9th January I'll be co-teaching with Mark Dunn of Positive Meditation. We have worked out an exciting and interactive day to give you the fundamentals and practices of mindfulness in a playful and easily understood way. Even if you've done Mindfulness before this course may offer new perspectives and insights.  Contact me if you'd like to sign up.

The workshop will focus on techniques that stop us worrying about the future or dwelling on the past. You will learn how to meditate whenever you actually feel like meditating rather than making it something that 'you have to do' everyday. You will also learn how to identify your own negative thoughts and turn them into positive thoughts that empower you and lift your spirits. No prior experience of meditation, mindfulness or self-enquiry is needed on this workshop. The day starts at 10am and finishes at 5pm. Lunch is not provided, but there is a FANTASTIC cafe downstairs.

Investment: £80 for the whole day.
