Dear <<First Name>>,

Thanksgiving is especially symbolic this year for the Interlochen community. The old library will close on Thanksgiving Day and begin its move to the bright new facility. On Wednesday, December 5 (4 to 7 p.m.), an Open House will be held at our new Interlochen Public Library. On Thursday morning, December 6, the doors will open to the next chapter of exciting library services.

Please join us on December 5 to explore the new building, greet old friends, and sit by the fireplace for a moment of quiet warmth.

Thanks to one and all.

Film Premier

Join us January 11, 2019 at 7 p.m. for the premier of the new documentary on the history of the Interlochen.

Ten thousand years ago, the last ice age carved out two lakes with a narrow strip of land between. Interlochen resident, Dave Pennington, walks through the history of the people who have lived between these lakes and how the word "Interlochen" became known around the world.
