Healthy Kids through Community Partnerships
Update on the summer food service program:

Communities across the region are working hard to ensure that more students have access to the Summer Food Service Program. In Broome County, FaHN’s Healthy Food Access Coordinator Victoria Delaney has been working on an outreach and assessment initiative to increase the number of eligible students receiving summer meals in 2015, in partnership with the Broome County Child Hunger Task Force and many community organizations. We invite you to visit the new Summer Meals page on our website to learn more about the assessment and find resources to access healthy summer meals.
