"Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed." 1 Peter 4:12-13

In Sunday's service, Reverend John Murray will be asking the question, "Where is God in the pandemic?", and we will be thinking about how we can respond to the current world crisis.

It would be great if as many people as possible could start watching our video service together at 10.30am, and join us for a Zoom tea/coffee afterwards (see details below).

Ilona Wicker
It is with great sadness that we inform you that the wonderful Ilona Wicker, a longstanding member of our church family, died yesterday afternoon (not related to covid-19). Our grief is mixed with gratitude, love and admiration for Ilona's life and example to those around her, knowing that she has now risen in glory.  As this week we are only able to have a very small, restricted funeral service at Holy Trinity Church, later in the year we will hold a larger Memorial Service to celebrate Ilona's life, with much thanksgiving to God.  Please keep her children, Christopher and Caroline and their families, in your prayers.

Financial Giving
If you aren't already a member of our church's Planned Giving Scheme, in the absence of physical church services, if you would like to make a financial offering* to Holy Trinity Church, you can either:
- post a cheque or set up a one-off/monthly bank transfer to the church (free) - email us for more details
- use our new HelloAsso online giving page (adds on a minimum €1 donation to HelloAsso)
* tax receipts for French tax-payers are provided in both cases. We are very grateful for any donations at this time, as we know that we are all financially impacted by the coronavirus crisis.
