NOTICE FROM ELECTORAL ROLL OFFICER, ELIZABETH BEAN.
In preparation for Holy Trinity Church’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place via Zoom on Sunday 18th April, I am revising and updating the Electoral Roll. Only those whose names are on the Electoral Roll are eligible to vote at the AGM and, should they wish to do so, to be a candidate for Council membership.
I have checked the current Roll against the latest address list and find that many people whose names are listed in the latter aren’t on the Roll. If you are at all uncertain whether you have registered or not, please click here to contact me and I will either confirm that you are on the Roll or send you a form for completion.
The Church of England regulations state that only those who have registered a minimum of 14 days before the AGM takes place can participate in voting at the meeting. The “cut-off” date to ensure eligibility is therefore next Sunday 4th April (Easter Sunday). Registration after that date is accepted but excludes you from being eligible to vote at this year's meeting.
