Annual General Meeting
Holy Trinity's AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be held on Sunday 29th March just after the 10.30am service (please note there will be no 9.15am service on that day). Please try to attend and participate in the life of our church.
  • In preparation for the AGM, the Electoral Roll is being brought up to date. If you are already on the Roll, that’s great, but if you’re not sure, please send us an email or check the copy of the Electoral Roll that is on the notice board in the church hall.
  • You need to be registered in order to participate in any votes that take place at the AGM. If you’re not yet on the Roll, please take a form from the notice board (or click here to download the form), fill it in and return it to Elizabeth Bean, our Electoral Roll Officer.
  • The closing date for new registrations is 15 March.
  • If you would like to stand as a Church Warden or Lay Member of the Chaplaincy Council, please take a nomination form from the notice board in the coffee area.
  • If you would like to receive an electronic copy of last year’s minutes, please send an email to Didier Trufanow.
