My Dear Foodie and Winey friends,
Our Pop-Up Dinner series is taking on a life all its own!
We have hosted a bevy of great Chefs we have admired over the years.
Chefs Scott Howard, Gordon Drysdale & Francisco Contreras of Sweetwater Music Hall, & David Wilcox have all graced us with their estimable presences & our tables with their miraculous culinary artistry, all to fantastic avail & to the delight of our guests!
For our next Grand Event, we have really outdone ourselves & are pinching each other at our great fortune.
San Francisco Superstar Chef RON SIEGEL is our next Guy, & we still can't believe this is happening! Ron is currently appearing nightly in The Western Room at Marin's Rancho Nicasio & rocking them in the aisles with his culinary wizardry.
In SF Chronicle's Restaurant Critic Michael Bauer's review of Ron's Rancho Nicasio program he writes, "Siegel is a serial 4-Star Chef who has orchestrated intricately prepared tasting menus at the likes of the now defunct Charles Nob Hill, Masa's, The Dining Room at SF's Ritz-Carlton, & most recently, Michael Mina".
Bauer continues, "I hadn't even finished dessert on the 1st visit by the time I was anticipating my next dinner there. When combined with Siegel's presence in the kitchen, the history & look create an experience that can't be replicated anywhere else".

& having enjoyed 2 dining sessions of Ron's cuisine at the Rancho, I can completely concur with Monsieur Bauer's enthusiasm for Ron's supreme command of his artistry! He's just unbelievable!
This particular evening, Ron will take his night off from the Rancho to visit the "Slums of Tiburon" & kick the local cuisine offerings up, not just a notch, but up a quantum-leap!
All right here in our Little Wine Shop That Does!
We might not be able to exactly "replicate" the Rancho Nicasio "experience", but for this night we'll be eating like they do out there, & we'll save you the long drive!
As always, for one night only, we will be serving the finest cuisine available in Marin!
& we can say that with authority as Chef Ron Siegel, who IS The Best in Marin is with US on this night, NOT at Rancho Nicasio!

Chef Ron, whose wont is to focus his & our attention on top of the season farm-fresh produce, will be foraging his favorite local sources for produce & protein to present the best ingredient-driven cuisine Autumn in Marin has to offer (Menu TBD), here in the intimate surroundings of our pretty-darned-pretty wine shop!
Paired with my selection of extraordinary wines from around the world (including, as always, a genuine Top-Class French Champagne!), this will again, this time more than ever, be a once-in-a-lifetime-dream-come-true-Feast, that has been, & will be by design, the envy of foodies for years to come!
(Bragging rights, as usual, included in the price!)
The Menu: 5 savory courses plus dessert, Champagne and wine-pairings that are absolutely guaranteed to wow, amaze & delight even our finickiest food and wine aficionados.
As an added bonus, we will be offering substantial discounts on our featured dinner wines, for our guests to take home for future use (offer valid this evening only).
Space is limited to 34 lucky diners and we already know it will sell-out quickly, so don't be left out, act Today.

THE DETAILS:
The price is $150. per person, complete, including tax and gratuity!
(Savvy diners know this is not just a fabulous bargain, considering the lofty caliber of our Chef & his offerings, it is an Unbeatable Value!)
