Celebrate the people you love with Down syndrome and join our virtual #Racingfor321 event by participating in one of more of the fun activities below.
🔵 Have a kitchen dance party or Facetime dance off at 3:21PM
🔵 Run on the treadmill in your basement
🔵 See how many push ups you can do in 3 minutes and 21 seconds
🔵Take a walk with your family around your neighborhood
🔵 Join a free fitness class online (companies like YouTube, Fitness Blender and CorePower Yoga are offering classes for free)
🔵 Weight lift with household objects for 21 reps
(a toaster weighs about 3 pounds)
🔵 Play a game of soccer or basketball in the backyard for 21 minutes
