I want to invite you to a Weekend Retreat called Breath and Spirit™ .  It is a Transformational Breath® Weekend Retreat and will be March 1-3, 2019.  It is open to everyone, no experience necessary.  This event will be held in El Paso, TX at Mountain West Montessori School.

This is a great deal, as you will experience 5 Transformational Breath® sessions during the weekend event.  The sessions build on each other and set the stage for a transformational experience weekend!
