Connecting to our neighbors, God, and the land, using sustainable agriculture to meet local hunger needs

Starting Well

Erin just tallied up our harvest so far this year and it is at 484.5 lbs!  That is amazing, and more than twice what we had at this time last year.  It is so helpful keeping records when you garden or farm.  Most of the poundage is coming from onions, spinach, cabbage and the winter collards.

But much harvest means there is a need for harvesters.  If you can, please come out and help in the bountiful harvest.
You can see what we will be doing this week at the end of this email.
Our Saturday morning harvests go straight from garden to cold storage at TAM - no waste!
